3 Interviews. Each pretty much the same standard chat. Tell me about yourself. What have you done. What was your trailing 12. Know the PNC business model...HUGE on referral business and cross selling to all lines of business. Have a business plan and present it but don't try and reinvent the wheel.

Recruiter, then direct supervisor, phone interviews, described the role and compensation. really looking for a good fit as opposed to just looking for another body. The process was good and I decided it wouldn't be a good fit for me at this time early on saving a lot of effort. They were very nice and under different circumstances I would be willing to work with them.
