I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Was first interviewed over the phone by the recruiter, which went fine. A week later I was interviewed by two managers over the phone. Very exhausting interview. Was asked about 20-25 different questions. Most of their questions were very long and convoluted. Their demeanors were very off-putting. They asked a lot of the same questions, but different phrasing. I was asked "Being that this is a remote position, are you the type of person that will be doing laundry during down time?". Interview was awkward from that point going forward.

Interview
The onboarding process was rigorous. You would think you’re applying for the FBI; however, the interview and interviewee was nice. I got the job! Also, my recruiter, Katrina O. was very helpful and knowledgeable.
2 interviews - 1st is with the recruiter and 2nd is with the operations manager. Got an offer and I counter-offered, requesting for a 10-15% bump on compensation. Recruiter said she'll get back to me. 2 days later, I got an offer from another company and emailed the recruiter on when I can expect a decision on the counteroffer as I received another offer. However, she told me to go ahead and accept the other offer, and wished me success with the other company. Professionalism at its finest.
