First I had an on-campus interview and was then asked to come to the their Super Day in Pittsburgh. They put me up in a hotel where the interviews took place. It started at 8 am and went until noon. There were 3 separate 15 minute interviews with older employees spaced out between the 4 hours. When you aren't interviewing you are hanging out with their younger employees.
