Five interviews. Hiring and interview process was fairly easy. Very conversational. Three interviews took place on same day. I was told that I would be able to do some things that weren't possible after I joined.

Very unprofessional, They actually recruited me and I agreed to go through the interview process. After interviewing with three senior level employees they never even called me back to say I did not get the job. I called the recruiter several times and she never called back or responded. Finally, I called one of the interviewers on his cell phone and he told me that they went in another direction. Employers want you to be accountable but they can't seem to deliver that same respect. Cute

Recruiter Contacted me From LinkedIN- Phone screen was set up a day after.
Met with Business Banking Sales Manager for lunch at a really expensive restaurant. Another meeting was set at a sport stadium suite Business Market Sales Manager. Then I was Introduced to the Branch Managers in a panel type interview.
