The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group in June 2010
Interview
Applied online and heard back in approximately two weeks. Initial interview was a phone screen reviewing resume and experience. Followed up with background and salary history information requested online. Needed to contact recruiter to ensure that it was received. Several days elapsed between return calls. One to one interview scheduled 2 weeks later. Reviewed position, requirements, and my skill set. Second interview consisting of behavioral questions was scheduled, but took six weeks nd I acceted another position.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group
Interview
Zoom meeting, meet with the manager to discuss role and expectations. The position would be remotely managing a book of clients. The Banking hours were different than branch hours. Have to work a late day once a week and Saturdays.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Call from a head hunter then call from recruiter which led to call with manager. Interview was strictly cliche behavioral questions. Each of my answers were followed by an impersonal and almost robotic “thank you for that”. Failed to take the time to actually get to know me as a candidate. Seems like they are looking for dull candidates who fit a specific mold.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where a client had unrealistic expectations and you reduced them to a more realistic level.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2013
Interview
The first contact was from a PNC recruiter. After a 30 minute conversation, I was told i would be contacted by the hiring manager, which I was. I met with the hiring manager for about an hour. Nothing out of the expected was asked. Most questions were about background and how that would translate into this position. This interview was followed by two phone interviews. Again, nothing out of the ordinary but a few behavioral questions, (what would you do in this situation, how would you respond to this question). The last interview was with a PNC branch manager and a VP. The questions were similar to the others.
