It was through a recruiter. Then I met face to face with just the manager. After speaking to her for a while, she left and I spoke to the other members of the team where they asked me general questions in order to get to know me.

Two stage interview, first with the AVP and then with the VP. Both were courteous and knowledgeable and offered a wealth of knowledge about the position as well as the expectations required.

Questions were fairly open-ended and freeform. Not a technical interview.
The interview process was done through university with calls through alumni and first round interviews through hirvue. Met with managing team after and asked some technical questions that were relevant to debt and capital markets.
