There was a short phone interview just for them to get to know you better. I was then invited to a Super Day where I had 2 interviews. They were more technical and looked over your resume more

Interview
Started out with a phone interview with basic behavioral questions. Then, a few days later a recruiter called and invited me to the Superday in Cleveland. The Superday started with a reception Thursday night and then 3 30 minute inteviews on Friday. Everything was behavioral, no technicals even though I was applying to the Application Developer role

Was contacted with an initial phone screening about the internship program and my application. A few months later, I proceeded to an on-site Super Day with two behavioral interviews. Talked to one individual and then a group of two people for the two interviews.

Standard one on one interview. They asked questions that you would expect in a normal interview. There was a total of 3 interviews in one day. They referred to is as a super day. All managers seemed very nice and respectful and many of the people that interviewed got jobs.
