1. After initial application screening (applied online) a recruiter calls and briefly talks to you about the position. If you are still interested they setup an interview with the hiring manager(s).
2. You have the face to face interview with the hiring manager(s). A little friendly chit chat to get to know each other, he/she/they talk more in detail about the position, go through your resume, and end with STAR questioning.
3. Shortly after the interview you receive a tour of the department.
4. About three business days later you find out if you got the job.
5. If you do get an offer and accept it the next step is drug testing and background checks.
