Disorganized Phone Screenings led to group interview. Focus on engaging customers and working to meet all their financial needs will impress. The branch gets the feeling that very few people apply so the branch interviews are not typically rigorous. Emphasizing a pattern of follow-up to build customer loyalty greatly increases the likelihood of employment.

Recruiter is all over the place which doesn’t make anything easier. Did not even bother to check or read my resume just called me for the job. Did not take the job because of how unprofessional the recruiter was.
