The Interviews was done in 3 phases, the 1st Interview was Recruiter contact and briefly over phone maybe 15 minutes. The 2nd Interview was a 1 hour phone interview with the Manager. Then the
3rd Interview was a 1 hour in person interview with a 4 person panel
