POET Environmental Engineering interview questions

Skype interview with two Senior Engineers. Fairly relaxed, but they ask a lot of questions where you have to give scenarios where you "used good judgement" or "made the most out of a poor situation". Why do you want to work for POET? Definitely prepare for those sorts of questions and you should be fine. They ask right off the bat if you have any questions to ask them.. Yes, I do. But I was hoping you'd tell me a little bit about the position first!
