The first interview is a preliminary screening call with HR. Second interview is with hiring manager and engineers, which is typically on site. I only got through the first interview.

Only got one interview (with HR), where I was asked the standard questions: 1.How did you find this company? 2.Do you have any Power Engineering experience? 3.What are your salary expectations?

They asked about acronyms and their definitions like NERC, GIS, and others. They asked about difficult situations that I experienced and how did I navigate through it.
