Interview
The interview was over the phone with two people conducting the interview. All of the questions were behavior questions and were expected to be answered using the STAR method. The two interviewers were very nice and were able two answer all of my questions well.

Describe a time when a member of your team did not pull his or her own weight.
Simple casual conversation. No technical questions, assessed my skills and interests. Emphasis on communication skills and personability. Spoke with who would become my managers. One interview no follow up. This was for an engineering position btw.
They asked me questions about my resume, past experiences, and how I would handle certain situations. It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The process was smooth and gave me a good sense of what the company is like.

Interview
Zoom call with a couple of peers on the team with about 8 back to back questions. A bit challenging but not super technical heavy for an engineering internship role. Mostly STAR type questions asking about specific times or experiences.
