PSEG Maintenance Manager interview questions

Currently work for the company and bid internally on the position. I was selected as part of the people to interview for the position in a pool of candidates. I had to answer several questions before I was selected in the pool of candidates. Following the interview we negotiated for a week on the terms and conditions of the salary and bonus.
