Fairly relaxed and conversational, but they really try to see how you think by asking complicated questions designed to stump you. Expect many follow ups to your answers and prepare by ensuring you can recall deep knowledge about macro factors within real estate markets. Expect to be asked about potential investment opportunities and to defend your own investment theses.

Interview
First rounds are with HR, no tricky questions at all
Second round is also rather easy, not difficult, a lot of macro questions
The managers are extremely nice and chill during the interview
