I interviewed with departments I ended up never working with. It’s evident the company follows The Peter Principle of incompetence and portrays elitism. If you know your audience, sell them the job but only if you’re desperate. The interview process reveals how desperate and inept in the company’s leadership.
Phone screen then they bring you in for an in person interview with 2 different rounds. Questions based around eq and being a good person. Met with hr leader and team plus dept leaders
