You talk to the Area Manager when they feel like contacting you in a week, then told to sign a document for which you must sign otherwise they don't employ you no matter if you haven't the required document with you at time of signing documents that states everything whist being employed by them. You then get your 1 shirt and lanyard (when they eventually give it to you). In the end it's simply pointless and you won't ever have a written contract with them.
