1. Aptitude Test
This is the first elimination round. It generally checks:
Quantitative Aptitude (maths, speed/distance, probability, ratios, etc.)
Logical Reasoning (puzzles, patterns, sequences)
Verbal Ability (grammar, comprehension)
Basic Technical MCQs (for tech roles)
Goal: Shortlist candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. HR Round (Tech / Non-Tech)
This round can be either:
HR Screening → communication skills, attitude, culture fit, motivation
Tech HR → basic technical understanding + behavioral mix
Common questions:
“Tell me about yourself”
“Why this company?”
“Explain your projects”
“Strengths/weaknesses”
Simple technical questions (if Tech HR)
Goal: Evaluate personality + clarity + confidence.
3. Tasks Round
You will be given any one (or a combination) based on the role.
A. Front-end Task
HTML/CSS/JS
React, UI cloning, responsive design
API integration
Clean UI + working output expected
B. Backend Task
PHP, Node, Python, Java, etc.
API creation (CRUD)
Database design (MySQL/Mongo)
Authentication, validations
Proper folder structure
C. Full-Stack Task
Combination:
Frontend UI + Backend APIs
Database integration
Deployment optional (but gives bonus)
Goal: Test if you can build something real, not just answer theory questions.
4. Final Technical Round
This is the deep technical evaluation.
Expect:
Project discussion (your Inventory Management System, ML project, SIH idea, etc.)
Core concepts (DSA basics, DBMS, OS, OOPs, Networking)
Framework knowledge
Scenario-based problem solving
Live coding (simple-medium difficulty)
Goal: Validate if you are technically strong enough for the job.
