I found the structure of the interview process for this position refreshing. It was two rounds, with the second interview being the final. It was a panel interview which wasn't detailed in the invite. I wasn't thrown off, but it would've been nice to know all the details of the interview. The people I interviewed with were very nice. The recruiter wasn't consistent with communication and I had to reach out several times to get an update. Overall the people I interviewed with were nice. The communication of the process was lacking.
