Interview
Standard interview process, submitted resume and heard back from HR.
Then a one-off interview was arranged with the technical manager. Within an hour or so, we discussed about my background and generally tried to gage my knowledge.
Was a pleasant interview overall.

The process was quite straightforward, just apply the job, and go through the screening process and then discuss about the offer package. Lastly, understand the culture, environment, code of conduct and the other benefits in the company.
