The interview process consisted of two interviews; one phone interview and one in person. The recruiter did the phone interview (and many random calls). Then went in person and spoke with a coworker on the same team and manager.

Began with an at-home assignment to lookup information about various companies on the internet: names, addresses, and so forth. After correctly evaluated a sufficient number of questions, I was moved on to an in-person interview. This was an opportunity to gauge the gauge personalities and attitudes, as well as more follow-up questions, similar to those on the at-home exam, which seemed to try to determine my general thought-process and general interest in the type of work that would be performed.
