Pactera Visual Designer interview questions

I was first contacted by one of their internal recruiter on LinkedIn. They scheduled a quick phone interview with the Manager. Then I was invited for a one-on-one meeting with the Manager and a team member. I was later asked to participate to a technical assignment to be submitted within a week.
