maths tests and general questions regarding the customer service expression, waited for the results got the update after 15 days and was not selected for the job, looking for people who can multitask good with computer skills and maths

Area manager is rude, process is longer than it needs to be. Working in a bookies is not rocket science yet they treat it as though it is. Wouldn't recommend.
