Applied online and received an email 2 months later for a phone interview. Phone interview lasted for ~ 40 minutes. Was told at the end of that that HR would be in contact to arrange a face to face in the next day or two. A week later I contacted the HR lady to enquire about whether an interview would be going ahead. She replied almost immediately inviting me for interview the following week. Had the interview with two guys, questions were all very reasonable and they seemed pretty decent. After approx 90 minutes, I was given a forecasting exercise to complete in ~ 20 minutes at which point the interview concluded. Overall the interview itself was quite good (although a tad long IMO) but they never got back to me with a rejection letter / email. I emailed the HR lady twice but no response. After giving up 3h of my time directly speaking to them plus the time spent prepping, the least they could have done was send an email telling me I didn't get the job.
