I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pagantis (Barcelona) in Feb 2020

A quick call to be sure about the match.
After that, in a short time, a face 2 face with the head of product.
They are very interested in how do you do your jobs, inestad of what would you do in hypotetical situations.
Very serios and unfriendly meeting.
They diden't use any technical word. I think they haven't enough technical understanding.
They told me that they will conctact me after one week. I sended a follow up mail with no answer.
Not a recomendable place to work.
