We have reviewed your feedback, and I have subsequently spoken to the recruitment team. It was very disappointing to hear that you felt your experience was 'horrific'. We have had a number of people directly reaching out to our team members via LinkedIn asking to be referred into PageUp for positions. We do speak with all referred applicants, and it appears that this may have been the case with you. What we didn't do well, was to come back to you in a timely fashion to advise that we didn't have any suitable roles available at that time. We sincerely apologise that your experience was less than ideal, and do wish you well in the future.
