The interview process happened over skype. I spoke to the camp director at the time. I was also put in contact with some of the previous camp counsellors in case I had any questions.

Interview
First had to submit information and answer questions about strengths and weaknesses, job experience, personal information, and leadership experience. They ended up calling me back for a skype interview, and sent me an email back a week later!
