Interview was with three individuals whom all asked multiple questions. Very laid back interview and easy going. Everyone was very easy to talk to which made answering their questions confortable. Interview lasted about an hour.

Was I ever in a situation where my manager wasn't around and I had to make a decision on the fly? If so, explain the situation and how I handled it.
Was a easy and pleasant process. They responded quickly by phone to my application. The interview was relaxed and it seemed like the atmosphere in the office was positive and professional.
