Very straight forward, friendly and courteous.
Too nice to be true though.
Reality was hidden.
Massive disappointment, especially when discovering back of the house unscrupulous operations.
Sensitive issues not to be touched nor to be solved.
Hence the massive expat turnover, being fired on the spot without any warning or compensation, when getting too close to the honey pot...

Face to face. Talk about the job what I were doing, who would be report to. What I was doing everyday and how to run office in Vietnam office. How to manage papers and how to work with team in ship, how to control fund and bank statement.
