I had two interviews within two weeks: a phone interview with HR and an online interview with the supervisor. The HR interview mainly asked about my resume and my expected salary. Following that, I was scheduled for a supervisor interview. My experience with the supervisor was terrible. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and 20 minutes of it was just him bragging. He emphasized the need for rapid iteration of requirements and not allowing complaints from business departments, but he didn't explain the team size, specific tasks, or the tools and methods used. He only talked about how AI was developing too fast and how outdated my thinking was. He repeatedly stressed how much he would gain in this role, but he was very hesitant when discussing salary. It was clear he hadn't even read my resume and just wanted to find a successor for the position quickly. A week after the interview, I received a call from HR. The compensation offered was incredibly low, and I refused.

Question 1
They asked almost no valuable questions, just a lot of boasting before asking me, "After all I've said, are you still interested in this position? Do you think you're still capable of doing this job?"
