I walked out of the interview after about 8 minutes, and that wasn't soon enough.
First I was greeted and they brought me into the meeting room, but neither of them had masks on during the time I was there, even though it was during the pandemic, showing an utter disregard for others health and safety
Second they didn't have a copy of my resume printed for them selves so I gave them my copy and then proceeded to read aloud as if it was the first time they have encountered my information. They asked me some questions about my resume and abilities, which I answered. They then talked about how they think Web Developers are a waste of money (despite being the position they are hiring for.) They asked if I had any questions. So I asked them why they put "Skill" in the job title thinking it was some web stack that I haven't heard of. They responded with "We will know it when we see it." Then I walked out.
