We do value the vast range of expertise that our Product Engineers bring to PaperCut. Our code challenge is specific to PaperCut and standard across all levels of Developers. The criteria we use to assess the code challenge is also standard but applied differently depending on the seniority of the role. Our project teams do differ slightly in their requirements, which is where some subjectivity must be used when deciding on who we ultimately bring on board.
