Prior to the interview there were 3 questions which I had to submit answers to that focused on competencies, and critical thinking, but I don't recall these being discussed in the interview. The interview itself is with the principals of the company where they asked general questions, but they both seemed distracted through the interview. Overall it was an interesting company, but for whatever reason I wasn't the right fit.
