I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Parity Cube
Interview
I was invited to complete an assessment for the role of Ruby on Rails Developer at PCPL. The assessment consisted of two parts: an SQL task with test cases and a coding task with test cases. I successfully completed both tasks, and all the test cases passed.
Afterward, I received a message stating that I had successfully cleared the last round and had been moved to the next round — Screening for the ROR Developer position. However, just a day later, I received another message saying that I was not selected, with a vague reason stating a difference of "30–35 marks."
I find this process unclear and inconsistent. Since all test cases were passing and I had cleared both tasks, it’s difficult to understand how marks were calculated or how the decision was made. If the evaluation process lacks transparency at this early stage, it's hard to trust how things would be handled once you're working with the company.
Therefore, I would advise others to be cautious when engaging with this organization unless they improve their communication and evaluation clarity.

Interview
A full case study and wire-framing were given as part of the interview process, which takes a lot of time and the company did not even have the minimum courtesy to reply once the assignment was submitted. I am glad it didn't work out and don't have to work in this toxic company. Next time please have the basic courtesy of answering and updating people and stop giving so much assignment as the first round when you don't have the basic manners sense to reply
Hi (Would have loved to know your name, so we could have even tried to call )
Thanks for sharing the feedback
We are extremely sorry if we did not provide a feedback, it must be a complete miss on our part.
We will be a lot more careful next time around as we completely understand the value of your time which you would have invested in completing the assignment.
We wish you all the very best, and again apologise for the miss
Warm Regards
