      Pros

      As a PM at ParityCube, I get a lot of freedom to run experiments and try different ideas. We get the resources we ask for and also have the opportunity to learn from the founders.

      Cons

      I think the only thing I don’t like is the office location and the office space, as it feels quite old.

      1. CEO and CTO are very accessible. 2. They give free hand to make mistakes and learn. 3. The team has 0 attitude, everyone works as a team instead of blame game. 4. Very thoughtful of employees

      Pros

      The work culture is really good here and very supportive management. Ideas will be appreciated here. Office trips once a year and all the events we celebrate here in office.

      Cons

      No cafeteria where snacks and other items would be there. Coffee & tea are available all the time and can use microven incase want to reheat your lunch.
