I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pariveda (Washington, DC)
Interview
They did a wonderful job of setting expectations (explaining their transparent pay, the number of rounds of interviews, etc.) and then continuing to quickly follow-up after each step. The process is intentionally slow, and they made that very clear up front. After the last interview, I heard back within 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, they communicated well and followed through on the expectations they set.

Interview
Interviewers were sometimes late, often unprepared, and failed to ask technical questions.
The case study was a good idea but poorly executed and did not reflect a typical consulting situation.
Learned some interesting management techniques, although it seemed there was still some churn in that area.
Lots of fake reviews and information on glassdoor in general as this employer is very engaged in their glassdoor profile, which makes it difficult to get real feedback.
Recruiters were pretty junior and seem to have difficulty handling experienced hires.
