There was an initial phone interview with a member of the HR department, then an in -person interview with department manager, and then a panel interview with multiple department managers.

The hiring process took several weeks. The initial interview was a phone interview with someone from HR. Next, I had a 1-on-1 interview with the Nashville Operations Manager. The next interview was a panel interview conducted by the Nashville Operations Manager, Fleet & Facilities Manager, Safety & Compliance Manager, Director of HR, and COO. I was brought in for an additional 1-on-1 interview with the Nashville Operations Manager before being offered a position.

Question 1
Standard STAR type questioning throughout most of the panel interview, with a few more human-type questions. You definitely get the feel that it is a small, family-type company form the questioning. Even the STAR questioning is done in a matter that avoids sounding robotic or used for general screening.
The 1-on-1 was laid back and was a true, get to know you, type interview. Very thorough.
The Nashville Operations Manager is the best interviewer I have ever known.
