I was contacted a day or two after submitting my resume, and went in for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by a manager, and asked about my previous experience, some general interview questions, and what my goals were. After the interview, they shook my hand, and I left. I received a call later that day requesting my references, which I provided. I was then called a couple of days later with an offer that I accepted.
