Interview was in 2 stages. The first round was a general interview to see if you were a good fit for the company. The usual, tell me about yourself, why are you interested in what we do, etc. The second round was the same. Interestingly, they slowly revealed during that second interview that hundreds of miles of driving daily would be the norm at that position. However, to any prospective applicants, it should be noted that you will be ignored following your second interview. Any and all attempts to follow up or recieve feedback on the hiring process, via phone or email disregarded. Their HR department, for all intents and purposes, is essentially non existent.
