Cons
The Architecture department faced significant challenges across multiple areas. Issues included interdepartmental conflict, unprofessional behavior such as disparaging remarks about colleagues, a tendency to deflect responsibility, and a lack of accountability. There was limited emphasis on producing thorough and detailed contract documents, coupled with poor communication and inconsistent leadership presence. Additionally, concerns around nepotism and favoritism contributed to a culture that at times felt dishonest and retaliatory. Most concerning, however, was the executive leadership’s repeated exposure to these issues without taking meaningful action, often responding as though their ability to intervene was limited.
