Very basic, seemed that they were only interested in finding out salary expectations. The person did not offer a lot of information about the company. They couldn't really define what they were looking for.

1. 30min phone call with the recruiter
2. 30 min phone call with Director of Customer Success
3. 1.5 hour onsite interview to meet 2 CSMs, Director of CS and HR.
4. 30 min video call with VP of CS as she is remote
I actually found their interview process so refreshing because the whole process took 1 week from the first phone call to receiving an offer.

Interview
My first phone call was with the Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial screening and then I had a call with the Director of Customer Success. I then went into the office and met with 2 of the team members on the CS team for 30 mins, the Director of CS for another 30 mins and then the Manager of Employee Experience for 15 mins. A week later I had a 1 hour video chat with the VP of Customer Success as she is remote.
The interview process was thorough and transparent to ensure that you were a good skills and culture fit for PathFactory, and HR did a great job of providing regular updates throughout the 3 weeks of interviewing.
