Interview process consisted of 3 stages: a coding test, followed by a personality test, followed by an in-person interview with social and technical elements. Coding test was narrow in scope with the opportunity for making it broader to demonstrate additional skills. Personality test was a series of multiple-choice questions via an external service to assess the candidate's understanding of emotions. First part of the in-person interview seemed mostly to be a personality/culture fit assessment; second part was a slightly deeper interrogation of skills and abiliies, plus a brief additional coding assessment.
