I had 2 phone interviews one with the recruiter and other with the hiring manager. Then I had one interview with 2 managers on site at the Paychex office in Penfield, NY. Overall, the interview seemed to go well, I meet a few other manager and other employees during my visit and had a very pleasant experience. However, I never had any sort of follow-up, which was very disappointing. The recruiter stop answering my emails and the hiring managers never viewed my portfolio (that I was asked to send over). It seemed very unprofessional for an organization of Paychex size to not have a process and procedure in place for following up with applicants.
