First there was the standard phone interview, which was very basic, almost too basic for what was to come... Then there was the in person. This was by far the most stressful interview I’ve ever endured. Understandably challenging giving the position, but three hours?! That’s a little extensive and practically a waste to those being interviewed who are currently employed.
