Interview
Team member and lead were very king and engaging. Asked lots of good questions. Moved on to another interview with VP of HR and she asked more detailed, specific questions, also very kind.

Interview
First, I had a phone screening two days after applying online. The recruiter was very nice and helpful, and even introduced me to other positions that I'd be qualified for. This phone call lasted about 15 minutes and was pretty normal with generic interview questions. Then, an in-person interview a few days later with an HR Manager and a Senior HR Rep. This didn't feel like an interview. It felt more like a friendly conversation with two engaging individuals and we simply talked about what they have to offer and how I could best fit their needs. It lasted about 45 minutes in a small conference room inside the lobby of their headquarters. A few days later, another in-person interview with the VP of HR. This interview was a little more intense with numerous questions more specific to my qualities and values. There wasn't much time for casual chit-chat like before and you could tell that they were weeding through their final picks and didn't want to waste time, which I appreciated. It lasted about 20 minutes and was in another small conference room next door to the last one as before. I was offered the job the next morning.

Interview
I applied for the HR Assistant position and was called about two days later for a phone interview. After that phone interview, I was found to be better qualified for another position and my recruiter went to work. I felt like she really went to bat for me and worked hard to get me an interview with the HCM Product Setup department. I had a total of four interviews over a span of three weeks. The interviews were really informative and not only educated me about the position but also about the culture and all the fun things that go on on the campus.
