Standard interview with the manager and the team in local office. A couple rounds thereafter and then offer was provided. Be prepared to answer questions around sales tactics and speak to your background.
Thanks for sharing your experience and welcome to the team! We’re glad to see that the interview process was informative and thorough, a reflection of the standards we strive to uphold.
Multiple interviews, onsite ending required a cold call blitz and presentation onsite where you needed to book two meetings to be successful. Before then it was a few generic screens and a meeting with the VP of sales.

Question 1
How I handle dissapointment and what ressiliance means to me
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Naperville, IL) in Dec 2023
Interview
In person, suit expected. 30 minutes. You could feel negative engergy in the office. Doesn't seem like a great work environment. Felt like the interviewer was condescending. They're looking for entry level people they can control and tell when and where to be, seems like there is no trust for sales to be independent.
