Interview with the hiring manager is fun and challenging. Very detail interview and in-depth technical assessment. After interview done, the waiting part whether succeed or not is the tiring part. Waited almost a month just for a verbal confirmation and the role i am applying actually is just CONTRACT. Should just let me know the role i am applying is a contract role so we don't waste both party time. When being probed whether the contract role can move to permanent role, no decisive answer from the talent team. Therefore, make sure to asked the position they open is it contract or permanent. Feel the talent team is wasting a lot of my time.
