The interview process was very positive & well-organized. It started with a phone screening and an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The Hiring manager was very friendly and asked insightful questions that allowed me to share my customer service experience and problem-solving skills.

They asked me how I would handle angry/upset customers & Whether I had any experience in taking calls.
Screening with basic availability questions and then an interview with the hiring manager, mostly talking about previous experience. A quick role play to see the fit. Received an offer a couple of days after.
It was only 30 minutes and they have you do a role play call. They you give you some information to read and then have you respond like you are speaking to the customer.
