It was a while ago. I arrived at their offices twice for interviews, yet they couldn't be bothered to let me know I didn't get the job. I had to call in after two weeks to get it out of them. That is, after they were constantly mentioning that one of the company's core values is transparency. Whatever, just have some decency and let people know. Jesus. Basic respect between humans. Honestly, many companies do this, so I can't say it's surprising, and I don't know if that says a lot about the company's management, but that's definitely not the way to go and leave an impression on a person. Will always think badly of them because of this.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What were the challenges I faced in my previous job, and how did I manage them?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Pazu Games (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in June 2024
Interview
They started with a position description and asked me about my salary expectations, they then provided a test (not paid).
After that it became a job of mine to seek for their response, they simply ghosted me for months.
I think that's pretty disrespectful especially because it's an unpaid test.
I would've expected at least a response on how I did on the test.
