Peace, Love and Little Donuts interview questions

Just a casual conversation about availability, hobbies, etc. It was a very easy interview. I just walked in and talked to the manager. He was really nice. I talked a little about myself then I heard from him a couple days later.

You will fill out an electronic application and if selected the owner will set up a phone interview. On the phone interview he doesn't ask many questions, he just mainly wants to get to know you better. He is a great guy and you will probably end up talking for a while. After that you will go into the location itself and meet with the manager for a more typical sort of interview. This only lasts about half an hour and is very laid back.
